Innisfail State School has a long history and tradition in the Innisfail area. Our school is part of the Innisfail Canecutter Cluster of schools. The school was first opened on July 1st, 1887 as Geraldton State School in King George Park and in 2012 we celebrated 125 years as part of the Innisfail community. The school was renamed Innisfail State School in 1913.
